About the role
Seeking a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, personalized patient care in a rehabilitation setting. Build strong relationships with patients and families to support recovery goals and celebrate patient milestones and progress.
Responsibilities
- Supervise treatments, lead assessments, and develop care plans.
- Address patient concerns to ensure quality care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care and assist with direct patient care when necessary.
- Support and mentor fellow staff, handling complex cases and inquiries.
Requirements
- Valid RN licensure as per state requirements.
- CPR certification; ACLS and CRRN preferred.
- Experience in a rehabilitation hospital is advantageous.
