The Baroco Corporation is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a Health Care Supervisor within our Day Habilitation (DH) programs. In this role, you will oversee and coordinate nursing care for individuals we support, ensure compliance with Massachusetts regulations (244 CMR 4.00), and collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to promote health, safety, and quality of life. This position is ideal for an RN who enjoys leadership, advocacy, and working with individuals with complex medical and developmental needs.
