About the role
Baptist Health Home Health/Hospice RN Case Manager provides, manages, and coordinates care and services for an assigned caseload of patients.
Requirements
- Graduation from an approved program of Nursing
- Current Arkansas RN License
- Current Arkansas Driver’s License
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (preferred)
- Home Health/Hospice experience (preferred)
Schedule
This position is authorized for 80 hours bi-weekly.
