Registered Nurse

About the role

As a Registered Nurse at Mary Andrews Village in South Hurstville, you will provide compassionate clinical care that enriches the health and wellbeing of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive clinical care, including medication administration according to personalised care plans.
• Develop and evaluate care plans in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team.
• Build trusting, genuine relationships with residents and their families while providing emotional support.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with aged care standards and regulations.
• Lead and mentor care team members to promote best practices in aged care and ensure a safe, clean environment for all.

Requirements

• Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
• A Bachelor of Nursing.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance ID.
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to manage complex care needs.

Qualifications

Skills

• Experience in aged care or a similar healthcare setting is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
