Registered Nurse

About the role

The Registered Nurse provides skilled nursing care/treatment to clients per Physicians Orders and Plan of Care, documents nursing actions, administers and monitors medication, conducts nursing assessments, reviews plan of care, assesses caregiver competency, completes required documentation, implements nursing support, addresses health needs, participates in meetings, and ensures compliance with physician's orders.

Requirements

• Registered Nursing degree from an accredited school
• One or more years of nursing experience preferred
• Current and unrestricted license in the state of operation
• CPR professional certification
• Excellent communication skills with all levels of personnel
• Capable of working independently with confidential information
