About the Role

This role is for a Registered Nurse dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized care in a rehabilitation setting. The nurse will support recovery by supervising treatments, leading patient assessments, developing tailored care plans, and addressing patient concerns.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments, ensuring quality patient support
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families to facilitate healing
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams for coordinated care
• Serve as a resource for staff, assisting with complex patient needs
• Celebrate patient milestones and progress

Requirements

• Valid RN licensure as required by state
• ACLS certification preferred
• CRRN certification preferred
• Experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is advantageous
