About the role
Provide compassionate, personalized patient care in a rehabilitation setting.
Responsibilities
- Supervise care, lead patient assessments, and tailor care plans to support recovery.
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and families to understand their needs.
- Collaborate with departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient support when necessary.
- Serve as a resource for staff, assist with complex cases, and celebrate patient milestones.
Requirements
- Valid RN license per state requirements.
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
- CRRN certification preferred.
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
