Registered Nurse

Role: Medical Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, evidence-based care to adult patients in a fast-paced acute care setting. Conduct comprehensive assessments, monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, administer medications and IV therapies, and coordinate multidisciplinary care to facilitate safe and timely discharges. Document all care in the EHR, adhere to safety and infection-prevention protocols, and educate patients and families. Qualifications & Skills: Strong clinical knowledge in medical-surgical and telemetry nursing, excellent assessment and monitoring skills, proficiency in medication administration and IV therapy, and effective communication abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team, follow safety procedures, and utilize electronic health records efficiently.
