Responsibilities

• Assist with client assessments on how we may mitigate risk in the home
• Observing and reporting medical, physical, and mental conditions
• Developing client relationship
• Aiding in trainings (Transfers, dementia, and parkinsons)

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license
• Experience in home health care setting preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours
