We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if real content. Use

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title. We need to extract relevant info. Let's parse the posting. Additional Position Details: Union Position | FTE: 1.0 | Full Time | Variable Hours/Variable Days Salary Range: $53.99 - $77.79 Shift Differentials $2.50 extra for working between 3:00pm - 11:00pm $10.00 extra for working between 11:01pm and 7:00am $2.50 extra for working weekends Position Information: 4 10-hour shifts during weekdays. Who We Are: description of Asante heart and vascular program. Who You Are: description of ideal candidate. What You’ll Do: responsibilities. What You Must Have: education, experience, license/certification. Total Rewards: benefits. We need sections: About the role (maybe "Who We Are" or description of role?), Responsibilities (What You’ll Do), Requirements (What You Must Have), Qualifications (maybe education/experience?), Skills (maybe "Who You Are"?), Benefits (Total Rewards), Pay (salary range and shift differentials), Schedule (hours/shift details, call expectations). Must not create sections with filler. We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Remove that. We need to preserve all substantive info. Let's craft sections:

About the role

: maybe combine "Who We Are" and "Position Information"? Actually "About the role" could be description of the role and organization. We'll include Asante description and position details like union position, FTE, full time, variable hours/days, relocation assistance, call requirement, location constraint, stand-by/on-call rotation, call expectations. But we also have separate Schedule section for hours/shift details. So About the role could include organization description and role context. Responsibilities: What You’ll Do (list of duties). Use
  • . Requirements: maybe license/certification and experience? Or we could split: Requirements (experience, license/certification) and Qualifications (education). But we need to decide which headings to use. The instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We can choose which to include based on content. We have content for: - About the role: organization description, union position, FTE, full time, variable hours/days, relocation assistance, call requirement, location, stand-by/on-call rotation, call expectations. - Responsibilities: list of duties (become vital member, move between Cardiac, EP, IR and Peripheral procedures, cross train into EP, educate patient, work with latest tech, perform wide range of services). We'll list as bullet points. - Requirements: maybe license/certification (RN, BLS, ACLS, PALS, RCIS preferred) and experience (1 year Interventional Cardiac Cath Lab experience OR alternatives). Also education (Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, preferred). Could be under Qualifications. - Qualifications: education (Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, preferred). Could also include experience? But we already have experience in Requirements. Let's assign: Requirements: Experience and license/certification. Qualifications: Education. Skills: "Who You Are" description (traits, passion, ability to think quickly, communicate, experienced RN with background in Cath Lab, Critical Care or ED). That's more like skills/attributes. Benefits: Total Rewards list. Pay: Salary range and shift differentials. Schedule: Hours/shift details: 4 10-hour shifts during weekdays, variable hours/variable days, call expectations (1 weekend every 4 weeks, 1-2 nights per week), stand-by/on-call rotation, must live within 30 minutes, relocation assistance. But note schedule already includes variable hours/variable days, call expectations. We'll include that. We must not repeat info unnecessarily but preserve all. Let's craft HTML. We'll need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like "At Asante, We Are Guided By Our Values Excellence - Respect - Honesty - Service - Teamwork Asante is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer..." Remove that. Also remove "Additional Position Details:" label maybe but keep content. We'll output only HTML fragment. Let's draft:

Check for any duplicated content: we mentioned relocation assistance in About the role and Schedule; that's okay but maybe duplicate. Could keep only once. But we must preserve all substantive info; duplication is okay but maybe we should avoid repeating same sentence. However it's not prohibited. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." Duplication is not prohibited but could be considered redundant. Better to keep each piece once. Let's see: About the role includes relocation assistance; Schedule also includes relocation assistance. We can keep it in About the role and remove from Schedule to avoid duplication. Also mention variable hours/variable days in About the role and Schedule; we can keep in Schedule as primary. Let's adjust. We'll keep About the role focusing on organization description and union position, FTE, full time, variable hours/variable days, relocation assistance, call requirement, location constraint, stand-by/on-call rotation, call expectations. Actually schedule details like shift pattern (4 10-hour shifts) and call expectations belong in Schedule. So we can move variable hours/variable days and call expectations to Schedule, and keep About the role more about organization and role context (union position, FTE, full time
