We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join a pediatric outpatient team supporting 6 physicians in a fast-paced environment with a patient-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage in-basket tasks
• Triage calls
• Collaborate with families
• Assist with urgent clinical needs
• Mentor Medical Assistants
• Demonstrate strong clinical judgment and leadership skills

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
• RN license in Maryland or a compact state
• CPR certification
• Minimum six months of nursing experience
• Prior outpatient or ambulatory care experience highly valued
