We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes mission statement at top, then description of role, then "How YOU can Make an Impact:" (list of duties), then "What we Ask of YOU:" (requirements), then "Joining MEDIKO comes with perks..." (benefits). Also mention "Work flexible shifts..." (schedule). Also "Competitive Pay and MVP Bonus Program" (pay). So we need sections: About the role (maybe mission statement?), Responsibilities (the "How YOU can Make an Impact:" list), Requirements (What we Ask of YOU), Benefits (perks), Pay (Competitive Pay and MVP Bonus Program), Schedule (Work flexible shifts...). Also maybe Qualifications? The requirements include licensure, education, experience, certifications. Could treat as Requirements. Qualifications maybe same. But we should not create empty sections. Use headings

. Use
  • for lists. Use

for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate like EOE statement. Also remove navigation etc. Not present. We need to preserve all substantive information. So include mission statement paragraph(s). The first paragraph: "MEDIKO: Mission driven & committed to delivering high-quality medical care to the communities we serve. Our dedicated Healthcare Professionals find meaning, support and new opportunities to learn and grow their skills every day. It’s what sets us apart from other healthcare industries and drives our success in the correctional healthcare space. Whether you are just graduating from nursing school or bringing years of experience to your new position at MEDIKO, you will benefit from our competitive compensation, commitment to safety and exposure to the diverse healthcare needs of the clients we serve. If you’re ready to take on a role that will enrich your career and make a real impact to your community, we encourage you to APPLY TODAY to get the conversation started!" This is about the company and role. Could be "About the role" or "About MEDIKO". Use heading About the role. Then after that: "The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide direct patient care in a correctional setting, including assessments, medication administration, treatments, and emergency response. This role will collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans while ensuring compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and infection control standards. The Registered Nurse (RN) will also educate patients on health conditions, monitor their progress, and contribute to a safe and effective healthcare environment." That's also role description; could be part of About the role or Responsibilities. But we have a separate "How YOU can Make an Impact:" list which details duties. So we could put the preceding paragraph under About the role, and the list under Responsibilities. Then "What we Ask of YOU:" list of requirements. Use heading Requirements. Then "Joining MEDIKO comes with perks to support you in your personal and professional journey:" then list of benefits. Use heading Benefits. Then "Competitive Pay and MVP Bonus Program" is a benefit but also pay. Could be separate Pay heading. The text: "Competitive Pay and MVP Bonus Program". That's a short phrase; we could include under Pay heading as a

. Or include under Benefits but spec says create Pay section only if posting actually states them. It does state "Competitive Pay and MVP Bonus Program". So we make a Pay section. Then schedule: "Work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet the facility’s healthcare needs." Also "Perform other related duties as assigned." That's schedule. So we make Schedule section. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we don't repeat same content. Now produce HTML:

    About the role

MEDIKO: Mission driven & committed to delivering high-quality medical care to the communities we serve. Our dedicated Healthcare Professionals find meaning, support and new opportunities to learn and grow their skills every day. It’s what sets us apart from other healthcare industries and drives our success in the correctional healthcare space. The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide direct patient care in a correctional setting, including assessments, medication administration, treatments, and emergency response. This role will collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans while ensuring compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and infection control standards. The Registered Nurse (RN) will also educate patients on health conditions, monitor their progress, and contribute to a safe and effective healthcare environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide direct patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans according to established policies and procedures.
    • Conduct initial medical screenings and assessments for all incoming inmates and provide ongoing healthcare as needed throughout their incarceration.
    • Perform comprehensive physical assessments and history reviews to determine patient health status and prioritize care needs.
    • Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and medical interventions in compliance with physician orders and healthcare protocols.
    • Provide care for patients with chronic conditions, acute illnesses, and mental health issues, coordinating with other healthcare providers as necessary.
    • Respond to and manage medical emergencies, including trauma and medical crises, ensuring timely and appropriate interventions.
    • Accurately document patient assessments, treatments, and progress in the electronic medical record (EMR) in accordance with facility policies and legal requirements.
    • Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and local healthcare regulations, as well as facility-specific policies.
    • Ensure proper documentation and reporting of medical treatments, interventions, and patient outcomes, including maintaining detailed medical records for audits and compliance reviews.
    • Participate in the collection and submission of patient data for quality improvement initiatives and regulatory reporting.
    • Work closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including physicians, mental health professionals, and correctional officers, to provide comprehensive care to inmates.
    • Collaborate with facility leadership and healthcare providers to address and resolve patient care issues and improve health outcomes.
    • Communicate effectively with patients, their families (as needed), and correctional facility staff regarding treatment plans, health education, and health-related concerns.
    • Provide education to inmates on health management, disease prevention, and post-care instructions.
    • Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to other nursing staff, providing guidance and support on clinical practices, protocols, and emergency response procedures.
    • Assume leadership roles in the absence of higher-level management, including overseeing day-to-day operations of the nursing team and ensuring proper patient care delivery.
    • Supervise and assist LPNs and nursing assistants in patient care tasks, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and best practices.
    • Ensure medical equipment and supplies are appropriately stocked, maintained, and functioning properly; report any issues to facility management.
    • Assist with maintaining a clean and safe clinical environment that meets infection control and safety standards.
    • Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and clinical outcomes within the facility.
    • Follow established policies and procedures, including those related to infection control, safety protocols, and medication administration.
    • Contribute to the development and review of healthcare policies and clinical procedures to ensure they remain in line with current practices and regulations.
    • Work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet the facility’s healthcare needs.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned.
But note we already have schedule separate; we might want to move schedule items out of responsibilities to avoid duplication. The schedule items are "Work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet the facility’s healthcare needs." and "Perform other related duties as assigned." Those could be in Schedule section. However they are also part of responsibilities list. To avoid duplication, we could keep them only in Schedule section and not duplicate in Responsibilities. But the instructions: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. If we remove them from Responsibilities, we still have them in Schedule, preserving info. That's okay. However the responsibilities list originally includes those items; we could keep them there and also have Schedule section with same content? That would duplicate. Better to split: keep the list of duties excluding schedule items in Responsibilities, and then Schedule section includes those two items. Let's do that. Thus we need to parse the "How YOU can Make an Impact:" list items; we have many. The last two are schedule-related. We'll exclude them from Responsibilities. Let's list responsibilities items (excluding the last two): 1 Provide direct patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans according to established policies and procedures. 2 Conduct initial medical screenings and assessments for all incoming inmates and provide ongoing healthcare as needed throughout their incarceration. 3 Perform comprehensive physical assessments and history reviews to determine patient health status and prioritize care needs. 4 Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and medical interventions in compliance with physician orders and healthcare protocols. 5 Provide care for patients with chronic conditions, acute illnesses, and mental health issues, coordinating with other healthcare providers as necessary. 6 Respond to and manage medical emergencies, including trauma and medical crises, ensuring timely and appropriate interventions. 7 Accurately document patient assessments, treatments, and progress in the electronic medical record (EMR) in accordance with facility policies and legal requirements. 8 Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and local healthcare regulations, as well as facility-specific policies. 9 Ensure proper documentation and reporting of medical treatments, interventions, and patient outcomes, including maintaining detailed medical records for audits and compliance reviews. 10 Participate in the collection and submission of patient data for quality improvement initiatives and regulatory reporting. 11 Work closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including physicians, mental health professionals, and correctional officers, to provide comprehensive care to inmates. 12 Collaborate with facility leadership and healthcare providers to address and resolve patient care issues and improve health outcomes. 13 Communicate effectively with patients, their families (as needed), and correctional facility staff regarding treatment plans, health education, and health-related concerns. 14 Provide education to inmates on health management, disease prevention, and post-care instructions. 15 Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to other nursing staff, providing guidance and support on clinical practices, protocols, and emergency response procedures. 16 Assume leadership roles in the absence of higher-level management, including overseeing day-to-day operations of the nursing team and ensuring proper patient care delivery. 17 Supervise and assist LPNs and nursing assistants in patient care tasks, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and best practices. 18 Ensure medical equipment and supplies are appropriately stocked, maintained, and functioning properly; report any issues to facility management. 19 Assist with maintaining a clean and safe clinical environment that meets infection control and safety standards. 20 Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and clinical outcomes within the facility. 21 Follow established policies and procedures, including those related to infection control, safety protocols, and medication administration. 22 Contribute to the development and review of healthcare policies and clinical procedures to ensure they remain in line with current practices and regulations. That's 22 items. Now Schedule section: "Work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet the facility’s healthcare needs." and "Perform other related duties as assigned." Now Requirements section: list from "What we Ask of YOU:": - A current, valid state(s) licensure, certificate and/or credentials documenting ability to practice in applicable role (RN). - A High School diploma or GED is required. - An Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Nursing, or a related field is preferred but not required. - 1-3 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a correctional healthcare or similar environment. - Experience in roles that involve direct patient care or administrative
