Responsibilities
- Assessing residents' nutritional needs and developing individualized care plans
- Monitoring and evaluating residents' dietary intake and nutritional status
- Collaborating with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care
- Providing nutrition counseling and education to residents and families
