for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not an exhaustive list? It says "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." Likely they expect only those headings. So we should not add Growth Path as a separate heading; we could incorporate its content into Benefits or maybe Responsibilities? But it's about career advancement, not benefits. Could be placed under Benefits? Not ideal. However, we could add a section "Growth Path" if we think it's allowed; but the instruction says use those as examples, not strictly limited. It says "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The "e.g." suggests those are examples, not exclusive. But later: "IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text". So we could add a Growth Path section if there is real content. The examples are just examples; we can add other headings if appropriate. However, to be safe, maybe we should incorporate growth path content into Benefits or maybe under a separate heading "Growth Path". I'd lean to add a Growth Path section because it's substantive and not covered elsewhere. The instruction didn't forbid other headings; just gave examples. So we can add.
But we need to ensure we don't create thin sections. Growth Path content: "Comprehensive hands-on training across all aesthetic modalities from day one Clear advancement into Lead Nurse and Regional Clinical Trainer roles Clinicians who excel here become the clinical voice that shapes how we train the next wave of practitioners". That's substantive.
