About the role

Seeking a full-time Inpatient Registered Nurse with a focus on orthopedic and medical/surgical care in a diverse clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care to meet individual needs.
• Promoting safety, patient satisfaction, and compassionate interactions.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and therapists, to coordinate care and discharge planning.
• Delivering treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures per policies.
• Monitoring patient responses and adjusting care plans accordingly.
• Participating in unit-based decision-making, quality improvement, and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

Graduation from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing.

Skills

Strong assessment, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Ability to provide holistic care addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
