About the role

Experienced nurse practicing independently in a clinical setting, providing both routine and complex patient care while managing contingencies and long-term goals.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation—for assigned patients.
• Address patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs in accordance with practice standards.
• Administer medications and treatments using appropriate protocols, monitoring for side effects and effectiveness.
• Document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care provided accurately.
• Assess educational needs and provide guidance to patients, families, and caregivers, identifying issues and resources.
• Delegate tasks to care providers to effectively manage clinical situations.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a related nursing specialty preferred.
• Current RN license in the state of employment or compact, with BLS certification.

Schedule

Full-time hours from 7AM to 7PM.
