Registered Nurse - Acute Care Medical Unit

Role Overview: This RN position provides direct patient care in a Medical Unit, utilizing a top of scope nursing practice within a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care with a multidisciplinary team approach.Prioritize safety, quality, wellness, and a patient perspective in clinical practice.Precept and mentor new healthcare team members to foster professional growth.Manage moderate to high-acuity patients in specialty Acute Care (Med-Surg) units.Participate in specialty education and competency validation supported by Clinical Educators. Qualifications & Skills Graduate from an accredited nursing program (less than 3 years' experience) or equivalent education.Current RN licensure and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.Minimum of 6 months nursing experience.Strong communication, teamwork, critical thinking, and adaptability skills.
