About the Role

Responsibilities

• Perform the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Partner with patients and families to provide education, support, and care coordination.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation in accordance with organizational standards.
• Support performance improvement initiatives and participate in quality improvement projects.
• Promote professional development by mentoring colleagues and completing competency assessments.
• Participate in research and evidence-based practice initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
• Develop and update nursing protocols and clinical guidelines.
• Support resource efficiency and cost-effective care delivery.
• Uphold organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and participate in patient care planning.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing (ADN or BSN).
• Valid RN license (single-state or multi-state).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum of 5 years of RN experience.
• Strong clinical, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to use technology effectively in a fast-paced environment.
