Registered Nurse – Acute Care

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate nursing care on an acute care unit
• Supervise clinical staff and manage patient assignments
• Oversee shift operations, including facilitating admissions and discharges
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care
• Mentor and support nursing staff to ensure high-quality clinical practice
• Support clinical decision-making and promote patient and family education
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and hospital standards in a collaborative environment

Qualifications and Skills

• Registered Nurse licensure
• Leadership and supervisory experience in a clinical setting
