Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive nursing care activities and provide nursing staff leadership
• Assess patient needs, plan and implement patient care activities, and evaluate the patient’s response to treatment
• Manage activities within the therapeutic milieu
• Direct the delivery of nursing care by other members of the nursing treatment team

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing and currently licensed in the State of Alabama
• One to three years experience in related field
• Organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and customer relations skills required to interact with residents, families, physicians, and staff
• Analytical, grammar/spelling, and computer skills
• Able to read and comprehend both written and verbal instruction
