Responsibilities
- Collaborate with top medical professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Manage mixed acuity cases (Med-Surg, Tele, PCU) outside the ICU.
- Develop strong bedside skills and understand wound care.
- Manage patients ranging in acuity levels with time management and flexibility.
- Obtain PCCN and CMSRN certifications.
Requirements
- Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN) degree; BSN preferred.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
- Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
- Exception: Candidates with more than two years of acute care experience may be considered without a BSN.
- Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years of licensed RN experience.
- Eligible for a $30,000 sign-on bonus.
- Indiana University Health is referral eligible.
