Registered Nurse, 2 Hope-Multispecialty Stepdown, $25000 Bonus, FT, 7P-7A, Sub-Specialty/Procedural

About the role

Baptist Health South Florida is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position is available in various units including stepdown, IMCU, and Progressive Care.

Responsibilities

• Delivers patient/family centered care in a culturally competent manner using evidence-based practice standards of quality, safety, and service.
• Ensures quality and appropriateness of care for all age groups in the unit-specific patient population, which includes neonates, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
• Demonstrates an ability to incorporate knowledge of patients' age, growth, and developmental levels into the provision of care.

Requirements

• Active Florida RN license required.
• Seven months of RN experience in stepdown, IMCU, or Progressive Care.
• Associate degree in Nursing or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• RNs hired with an Associate degree must complete the BSN degree within three years from their date of hire.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Certification in area of practice preferred.

Qualifications
