We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate: location, business unit, department, work type, shift, work schedule? Actually schedule is a section if present. The posting includes Shift: Shift 3 Work Schedule: 12 Hr (7:00:00 PM - 7:30:00 AM), Every other weekend & holidays. So schedule content exists. Also Pay Range: $40.05 - $61.28 per hour. So Pay section exists. Benefits: "Rush offers exceptional rewards and benefits learn more at our Rush benefits page (https://www.rush.edu/rush-careers/employee-benefits)." That's a benefits statement but generic; but it's specific enough? It says exceptional rewards and benefits, link. We'll include Benefits section with that sentence. About the role: The summary paragraph after "Summary". That is about the role. So we can put About the role section with that summary. Responsibilities: The bullet list under Responsibilities with headings Evidence Based Practice, Relationships and Caring, Critical Thinking, Technical Expertise, Leadership. Each has paragraphs. We'll need to output
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. The responsibilities are not a simple list but have headings. We could treat each heading as a
  • with inner

    maybe. But instruction: Use

    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. So we need to make a list where each item is a duty. Could break each responsibility area into

    • with its content as

. That seems appropriate. Requirements vs Qualifications: The posting has "Other Information Required Job Qualifications:" then list of minimum qualifications, then "Preferred Job Qualifications" then "Physical Demands:" etc. We need to decide sections: Requirements and Qualifications. Likely Requirements = minimum qualifications; Qualifications = preferred qualifications? Or we could combine. The instruction: Use headings for Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what content goes where. We have: Minimum qualifications (Required Job Qualifications) includes: Minimum of 9 months experience in nursing, BSN or ADN, within 1 year from hire must be enrolled in BSN program, etc. Also includes certifications: Current state of Illinois RN License, CPR, ACLS for ICU etc within 3 months, PALS PACU and ED required within 3 months, proficiency in charge and preceptor roles. Preferred Job Qualifications: Not listed explicitly? Actually after "Preferred Job Qualifications" there is a line break then "Physical Demands:" So maybe the preferred qualifications are missing; maybe they omitted. So we may not have specific preferred qualifications content. So we may skip Qualifications section if no specific content. But we have Physical Demands etc which could be under Requirements or Skills? Physical demands could be considered Requirements. Skills: maybe we can extract skills like "Proficiency in charge and preceptor roles", "Ability to operate computers, printers, copiers, fax, and medical equipment", "Ability to check documents for errors, use of a keyboard..." etc. Those could be skills. We need to avoid filler sections. So we need to decide which sections have real specific content. Let's list content blocks: - Summary (About the role): The RN 2 CSO is a competent nurse... (the paragraph after Summary). That's specific. - Responsibilities: multiple paragraphs under headings Evidence Based Practice, Relationships and Caring, Critical Thinking, Technical Expertise, Leadership. Each has content. - Required Job Qualifications: list of items (minimum 9 months experience, BSN/ADN, enrollment in BSN program within 1 year, grandfather clause, etc). Also includes certifications and license requirements. - Physical Demands: list of physical demands. - Ability to care for patients in age categories. - Ability to operate computers, printers, copiers, fax, and medical equipment. - Benefits: statement about exceptional rewards and benefits with link. - Pay: Pay Range: $40.05 - $61.28 per hour plus explanation. - Schedule: Shift 3 Work Schedule: 12 Hr (7:00:00 PM - 7:30:00 AM), Every other weekend & holidays. We also have Location etc but we drop. We need to map to headings: About the role (summary), Responsibilities (list), Requirements (maybe combine required qualifications + physical demands + patient age categories + ability to operate equipment?), Skills (maybe ability to operate equipment, proficiency in charge/preceptor, etc), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Qualifications: maybe we could put preferred qualifications but none given, so we skip. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content. Thus we will output:

      About the role

      ...summary...

      Requirements

      • Minimum of 9 months of experience in nursing.

      • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate’s degree in nursing (ADN). Within 1 year from the date of hire, employee must be enrolled in a BSN program. RNs hired prior to 10/22/2020 are grandfathered in with an ADN or diploma in nursing, with no further need to obtain a BSN. Chief Nursing Officer must provide approval for any RNs with ADN degree hired after 10/22/2020, based upon unit need. ADN RNs hired after 10/22/2020 must show continued enrolment towards a BSN degree with a signature of contract stipulating a BSN degree must be completed within 3 years of hire. ADN RNs are not eligible for leveling to RN3.

      • Prior to leveling to RN2, RN must show consistent proficient performance at RN1 position or equivalent experience.

      • Current state of Illinois Registered Nursing License.

      • CPR and ACLS for ICU, Telemetry, Med/Surg (6west), Endoscopy, PACU, IR, and ED required within 3 months of hire.

      • PALS for PACU and ED required within 3 months of hire.

      • Proficiency in charge and preceptor roles.

Maybe we also include physical demands and patient age categories under Requirements or Skills. Physical demands could be under Requirements as they are job requirements. Let's add them. Add more
    • items:
    • Physical demands: Work requires the ability to walk throughout the medical center and to be standing and walking most of the designated shift. Work requires lifting and carrying objects 35-40 lbs. and supporting and positioning patients, some of whom may exceed 300 lbs. The ability to check documents for errors, use of a keyboard to enter or retrieve data, and closely examine specimens, images or reports is required. Work conditions include performing procedures where carelessness could result in injury or illness and/or contact with potentially infectious materials and/or strong chemical agents.

    • Ability to care for patients in the following age categories: Toddlers (1-3 years) depending on cluster; Pre‑Schoolers (3-5 years) depending on cluster; School Age (5-12 years) depending on cluster; Adolescents (12-18 years); Young Adults (19-45 years); Middle Adults (45-60 years); Older Adults (greater than 60).

    • Able to operate computers, printers, copiers, fax, and medical equipment specific to department.

    • Now Skills section: maybe we can extract skills like "Proficiency in charge and preceptor roles" (already in requirements), "Ability to operate computers..." (already). Might be redundant. Perhaps we can put skills separate: "Proficiency in charge and preceptor roles", "Ability to check documents for errors, use of a keyboard...", "Ability to operate medical equipment". But we already have those in requirements. To avoid duplication, maybe we treat Requirements as qualifications, and Skills as abilities like "Proficiency in charge and preceptor roles", "Ability to operate computers..." etc. But we already have them. Could still include but risk duplication. The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Duplication is okay if it's in the source? The source has those items only once each. If we split them across sections, we would be duplicating content, which might be considered inventing? Not exactly inventing but repeating. Might be okay but better to avoid duplication. Let's assign: - Requirements: minimum qualifications (education, experience, licensure, certifications, grandfather clause, etc.) - Skills: proficiency in charge and preceptor roles, ability to operate computers/equipment, ability to check documents, ability to care for patient age categories (maybe that's more a requirement). Physical demands could be under Requirements as well. But we need to ensure we capture all info. Let's decide: Requirements: education/experience/license/certifications/grandfather clause/etc. Skills: proficiency in charge and preceptor roles, ability to operate computers/printers/copiers/fax/medical equipment, ability to check documents for errors, use of keyboard, ability to care for patient age categories. Physical demands: maybe also under Requirements? Could be under Skills? Physical demands are not skills but requirements. We'll put them under Requirements as well. Thus we may have some overlap but we need to ensure we don't miss any. Let's list all distinct items from posting: 1. Minimum of 9 months experience in nursing. 2. BSN or ADN; within 1 year from hire must be enrolled in BSN program. 3. Grandfather clause for RNs hired prior to 10/22/2020. 4. CNO approval for ADN hired after 10/22/2020. 5. ADN hired after 10/22/2020 must show continued enrolment towards
