Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nuclear Medicine
- Current certification with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Nuclear Medicine (ARRT)(N) and/or Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board in Nuclear Medicine (CNMT)
- Current Arkansas Department of Health Nuclear Medicine License
- If performing PET/CT, certification in American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Radiography (ARRT)(R), Computed Tomography (ARRT)(CT) and/or Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board in Computed Tomography (CNMT)(CT) within 2 years of applying for a temporary PET/CT license with the Arkansas Department of Health
- If performing PET/CT, must have and maintain an additional license with the Arkansas Department of Health (Arkansas Department of Health Radiologic Technologist License, Arkansas Department of Health PET/CT License, or Temporary Arkansas Department of Health PET/CT License)
- Current CPR (American Heart Association-Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers)
Summary
The Registered Nuclear Medicine Technologist performs variety of Nuclear Medicine procedures, including PET/CT, and attends to the safety, mental, and physical needs of patients. They ensure the production of high-quality images for interpretation and completes proper documentation.

This job will be authorized 0.80 hours bi-weekly.
