Registered Mental Health Intern (RMHCI, RCSWI, RMFTI) – Hybrid

Position Overview

Provide individual and family therapy services to clients with a range of mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and behavioral concerns. This role offers hands-on clinical experience within a supportive team environment.

Work Schedule

Hybrid model with in-office presence preferred (approximately 2 days/week). Flexible scheduling (afternoons, evenings, and/or weekends preferred). Opportunity to build and maintain a consistent caseload.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments with supervision support.
• Develop and implement treatment plans.
• Provide therapy sessions (individual, family, and/or group).
• Complete timely and compliant documentation.
• Collaborate with clinical team and supervisors.

Qualifications

• Registered Intern in Florida (RMHCI, RCSWI, or RMFTI).
• Master’s degree in a mental health-related field.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow clinically.
