REGISTERED FOSTERING MANAGER

About the Role

Pro Social Partners are proud to be working in partnership with Regional Fostering, an independent fostering agency, to recruit a Registered Fostering Manager to lead their North West London service. This is a chance to hold registration for a growing independent fostering agency with supportive ownership, a salary of up to £65,000, and genuine freedom to shape the service's quality and growth.

Responsibilities

• Hold registration with Ofsted and take overall responsibility for the service's care, compliance, and quality standards.
• Lead and supervise the supervising social work team, building a stable and carer-centred culture.
• Oversee carer recruitment, Form F assessment, panel, and placement matching.
• Build strong relationships with placing authorities and grow placement activity responsibly.
• Prepare the service for Ofsted inspection and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• A recognised Social Work qualification and current Social Work England registration.
• Substantial fostering experience, including at Team Manager, Service Manager, or Registered Manager level.
• Strong knowledge of fostering regulations, national minimum standards, and the Ofsted framework.
• A track record of leading, developing, and retaining social work teams.
