About the role

Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
- Manage medication regimens as prescribed by psychiatrists
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Provide crisis intervention and emergency care as needed
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Current license to practice as a therapist in Ohio
- Experience in mental health settings preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of mental health disorders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Pass a background check and drug screening
