Responsibilities
- Provides appropriate patient nutritional care.
- Assesses the nutritional status of patients, formulates a care plan, coordinates its implementation, and evaluates its impact and effectiveness.
- Provides nutrition education to patients and families.
- Approves supplements as appropriate and assists in the development of a hospital formulary tailored to the patient population.
Requirements
- Registered Dietitian (Required, CMS requirement).
- One year of healthcare experience (desirable).
Pay
The reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $40.96 per hour. The exact starting compensation will be determined based on factors such as skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
