Position Overview

Must be licensed in OH (Remote)

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide optimal nutrition therapy to a case load of clients.
• Develop care plans by conducting nutrition assessments, monitoring on-going medical conditions, and through collaboration with the other members of our multidisciplinary treatment team.
• Work directly with patients and their families providing support and nutritional education.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian credential required.
• Current license in the state of employment (when a state has licensure for dietitians) required.
• ServSafe Food Handler certification required.
• Additional food safety certification as required by the state or municipality.
