Job Summary
The Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital at Cleveland Clinic Rehab Hospital, a joint venture with Select Medical, is seeking a Registered Dietitian to provide exceptional and compassionate care to patients with a variety of medical conditions.

Responsibilities
- Screening and initial assessment of patients' nutritional needs
- Conducting re-assessments and nutrition counseling sessions
- Creating and implementing a nutritional care plan that considers religious, cultural, and ethical factors
- Evaluating potential food/drug and herb/supplement interactions
- Communicating and implementing the nutritional plan of care with the interdisciplinary care team
- Attending interdisciplinary care meetings and medical rounds
- Developing and delivering educational programs for patients and staff
- Working with patients to set nutrition education goals
- Maintaining current knowledge in nutritional practices and ADA requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Food and Nutrition related field
- Current state licensure/certification, if required by state
- Current registration by the Commission on Dietetics Registration
- One (1) year of work experience in a facility setting with clinical responsibilities or equivalent
- Experience in a facility setting with clinical responsibilities
- Knowledge of ADA requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools

$50,000 - $60,000 annually based on experience and qualifications
