Job Requirements

• Provides nutritional support to in-center and home dialysis patients and families to optimize nutrition and improve outcomes.
• Ensures patient privacy, dignity, and safety.
• Demonstrates knowledge of dialysis care and the skills necessary to manage dialysis patients' nutritional needs.
• Registered by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics on the Commission of Dietetics Registry.
• Current state licensure (if required by the state).
• Maintains registration and continuing education as required by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
• Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics membership preferred.
• Maintains 1-year professional work experience in clinical nutrition as a registered dietitian (after becoming a registered dietitian).
• Ability to read and interpret safety, operating, and procedure documents.
• Effective communication skills with clients and staff.

Pay

$52,561.60 - $85,420.40/year depending on experience and qualifications.
