Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our Clinical and Patient Services team. The ideal candidate will manage daily operations, provide nutritional services, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
Job Description
The Registered Dietitian will assess patient knowledge of diet and kidney disease, provide detailed education, participate in interdisciplinary comprehensive assessments, and develop individualized plans of care. Responsibilities include completing nutritional assessments, calculating diet prescriptions, documenting progress notes, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team on various aspects of patient care.

- Knowledge of Urea Kinetic Modeling and mineral metabolism
