Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our Clinical and Patient Services team. The role is based at 1000 Beglis Pkwy, Sulphur, Louisiana, 70663.
Job Description
As a Clinic Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of outpatient centers, focusing on delivering superior care that improves the quality of life of every patient. Key responsibilities include hiring, developing, and inspiring a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with physicians, and ensuring high patient outcomes and regulatory compliance.
Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) support and collaborate with RNs to provide dialysis treatment to multiple patients at a time, starting at 4 am. They prepare and test equipment, review treatment sheets, and maintain clinic functionality. Prior customer service, healthcare, and direct patient care experience is required.
Nurses in the Inpatient department provide dialysis treatments to acute patient populations in hospital settings such as ICU, ER, Rehab, and Med/Surg units. They have the autonomy to administer and assess each patient's treatment plan and work with a diverse range of patients. Leadership skills and independence are essential, along with experience in critical care, ICU, PCU, or surgery.
Success Profile
The ideal candidate for this role possesses strong management skills, prior direct patient care experience, and a combination of technical and customer service skills. They should be passionate about developing deep relationships with patients and improving their quality of life.
