Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Registered Dietitian to oversee dietary needs in both Apache Junction and San Tan Valley (Florence, AZ) clinics. The role involves providing nutritional services, participating in interdisciplinary healthcare teams, and managing the daily operations of outpatient centers.

Job Description

The Registered Dietitian will assess patients' knowledge of diet and kidney disease, provide detailed education, and participate in interdisciplinary comprehensive assessments. They will calculate diet prescriptions, document progress notes, and collaborate with the team on Urea Kinetic Modeling, mineral metabolism, and renal bone disease.

Success Profile

A successful candidate will have a minimum of 1-year professional work experience in clinical nutrition as a Registered Dietitian, previous renal experience is preferred, and must demonstrate leadership competencies, strong organizational skills, excellent communication, customer service, relationship development, results orientation, and team building.
