Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our Clinical and Patient Services team. The role is based at 4502 W Indian School Rd, Ste A4_11, Phoenix, Arizona, United States of America.

Job Description

As a Clinic Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of outpatient centers, focusing on delivering superior care that improves the quality of life of every patient. Key responsibilities include hiring, developing, and inspiring a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with physicians, and ensuring high patient outcomes and compliance with regulatory and safety standards. Prior direct patient care experience is required for situations requiring assistance from the team.

Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) support and collaborate with RNs to provide dialysis treatment, preparing and testing equipment, reviewing treatment sheets, and opening clinics at 4am for first shifts. They need a combination of technical skills and genuine passion to build deep relationships with patients and enhance their quality of life. Prior customer service, healthcare, and direct patient care experience are essential.

Nurses in the Inpatient department provide dialysis care to acute patients in hospital settings such as ICU, ER, Rehab, and Med/Surg units. They must possess leadership skills, independence, and the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment. Six months to one year of dialysis experience or critical care nursing experience is required.

Success Profile

The ideal candidate should have a strong commitment to the Quality Enhancement Program (QEP) and Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAI) activities. They should actively participate in process improvement activities and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure patients achieve their individualized patient-specific goals.
