Registered Dietitian

Overview

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our Clinical and Patient Services team. The ideal candidate will manage the daily operations of outpatient centers, provide nutritional services, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.

Job Description

The Registered Dietitian will assess patient's knowledge of diet and kidney disease, provide detailed education, participate in interdisciplinary comprehensive assessments, and develop individualized comprehensive plans of care. They will also calculate diet prescriptions, document progress notes, and monitor adherence to nutrition therapy.

Success Profile

A successful candidate will demonstrate strong management skills, prior direct patient care experience, and a combination of technical skills and genuine passion for developing deep relationships with patients. They should also possess leadership skills, independence, and the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
