Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our Clinical and Patient Services team. The ideal candidate will manage daily operations, provide nutritional services, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
Job Description
The Registered Dietitian will assess patient's nutritional status, provide education, and participate in interdisciplinary care plans. Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing patient’s knowledge of diet and kidney disease
- Providing detailed education on nutritional status and lab results
- Completing nutritional assessments and participating in comprehensive care planning
- Calculating diet prescriptions and documenting progress notes
- Maintaining accurate documentation and monitoring patient adherence
- Collaborating on Urea Kinetic Modeling and managing mineral metabolism
- Communicating with physicians and coordinating patient education plans
Success Profile
A successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. They should have a minimum of 1-year professional work experience in clinical nutrition and previous renal experience is preferred. Leadership competencies, organizational skills, and customer service abilities are essential.
