About the role

The Registered Dietitian provides clinical nutrition services for a skilled-care nursing home with high-risk residents and a Rehabilitation unit, delivers diet education, coordinates Meals on Wheels services, and performs clinical nutritional assessments and services for residents at the CBRF and FFD facilities. The role also includes managing and directing all food service operations seven days a week on alternating shifts, overseeing approximately 20 employees, and providing clinical nutrition services through the WIC Program.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical nutrition services for high-risk residents in a skilled-care nursing home and Rehabilitation unit
• Provide diet education to residents and clients
• Coordinate Meals on Wheels services
• Conduct clinical nutritional assessments and services for CBRF and FFD facility residents
• Manage and direct all food service operations seven days a week on alternating shifts
• Oversee approximately 20 food service employees
• Provide clinical nutrition services through the WIC Program
