Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Registered Dietician to join our Clinical and Patient Services team. The role is based at 94_450 Mokuola St, Ste 109, Waipahu, Hawaii, 96797.

Job Description

As a Clinic Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of outpatient centers, focusing on delivering superior care that improves the quality of life for patients. Key responsibilities include hiring, developing, and inspiring a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with physicians, and ensuring high patient outcomes and compliance with regulatory and safety standards. Prior direct patient care experience is required for times when the team needs assistance.

Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) support and collaborate with RNs to provide dialysis treatment to multiple patients simultaneously. They prepare and test equipment, review treatment sheets, and open clinics at 4 am for the first shift. PCTs need a combination of technical skills and genuine passion to build deep relationships with patients and enhance their quality of life. Prior customer service, healthcare, and direct patient care experience are essential.

Nurses at Fresenius Medical Care provide dialysis care to 10-12 patients at a time, working closely with the interdisciplinary team to tailor care plans. Inpatient nurses handle acute patient populations in hospital settings like ICU, ER, Rehab, and Med/Surg units. They must possess leadership skills, independence, and the ability to educate patients and provide exceptional customer service. Prior dialysis nursing experience is helpful, but critical care nursing experience is also valued.
