About the role

Cavanaugh Dental is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Part-Time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team. You will be responsible for providing quality dental care to our patients and work closely with our dentists to ensure patients receive the best possible care.

Schedule

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Morning Huddle: 7:45 AM

Our dedicated team includes

• Two Dentists
• Two Office Managers
• One FT Front Desk Coordinator
• Three Registered Dental Hygienists
• Four FT Dental Assistants
• One FT Hygiene Assistant

Compensation

• Competitive hourly wage (commensurate with experience)
• Uncapped hygiene incentive

Practice details

• PMS – Denticon
• Average # of patients per day – 8

Requirements

• Registered Dental Hygienist in the state of Michigan
• Anesthetic Certification preferred but not required
• Sterilization protocols to OSHA regulations
• CPR Certification
• Computer efficiency – charting and scheduling
• Excellent communication skills
• Focus on periodontal and oral health and overall patient systemic health
• Ability to build lasting relationships with teammates and patients
• Delivery of an exceptional patient experience
• Integrity-focused work ethic

• Ability to multi-task
• Open-minded to new systems/techniques, direction and feedback
