Registered Dental Hygienist - RDH

About the role

Finley Dental is seeking a Full-Time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to provide quality dental care to patients. The RDH will work closely with the dentists to ensure patients receive the best possible care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental hygiene services including exams, cleanings, and treatments
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
• Communicate effectively with patients and staff
• Adhere to sterilization protocols and OSHA regulations
• Perform administrative tasks such as charting and scheduling

Requirements

• Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Ohio
• Anesthetic certification (preferred but not required)
• CPR certification
• Computer proficiency in charting and scheduling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Focus on periodontal and oral health, as well as overall patient systemic health
• Ability to build lasting relationships with teammates and patients
• Open-minded to new systems, techniques, direction, and feedback
