Registered Dental Hygienist

This is not your average hygiene position. At Sanders Family Dental, we’re building something different—and we’re looking for the right person to grow with us. We are a modern, high-performing practice preparing to move into a brand new 16-operatory facility in October-November 2026, and we’re expanding our hygiene team with a full-time Dental Hygienist who wants more than just a job.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care within an efficient schedule
• Manage patient flow and ensure timely appointments
• Utilize advanced technology to enhance patient care and outcomes
• Collaborate with the team to provide comprehensive oral health care
• Provide patient education and preventive care

Requirements

• Active Dental Hygienist license (in good standing)
• Strong clinical and patient communication skills
• A commitment to high-level, patient-centered care
