About the role
We are looking for a Dental Hygienist who is passionate about the dental industry and committed to patient care to join our practice in Sedalia, Missouri.
Schedule
Monday–Thursday (4 days per week).
Pay
$38 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleanings of teeth and gums; take necessary x-rays and intra-oral pictures.
- Complete periodontal charting and address patient’s hygiene and restorative needs.
- Educate patients on recommended treatment plans.
- Clean and sterilize treatment room after each appointment.
- Reappoint patients, emphasizing value and urgency for the next visit.
- Provide an effective 2- and 1-minute handoff to the doctor and admin team.
- Prepare, attend, and contribute to Straine Management System (SMS) meetings.
- Sterilize and restock all instruments and bags after each appointment.
- Achieve individual daily hygiene production goal.
- Maintain proper knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA compliance and clinical skills.
Requirements
- Current Registered Dental Hygienist License.
- 1–2 years of experience (preferred).
