About the role

ProSmile is looking to hire an enthusiastic dental hygienist to join our dedicated dental team. Thanks to steady demand for our services and a loyal patient base, we are expanding and seeking excellent talent to grow with us. This role is open to any qualified individual, including recent hygiene school graduates.

Schedule

  • Monday–Thursday
  • No Friday
  • No weekends

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent patient care
  • Take and develop dental x-rays
  • Assess patients’ oral health and report findings to dentists
  • Document patient care and treatment plans
  • Educate patients about oral hygiene techniques, such as how to brush and floss correctly
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Dental Hygiene license required
  • Active CPR Certification required
  • High school diploma or GED required

Skills

  • Ability to clearly communicate medical information to professional practitioners and/or the general public
  • Ability to perform the duties and tasks of a Registered Dental Hygienist

Pay

$42.00–$48.00 per hour

  • Paid Time Off: 1.54 hours accrued for every 40 hours worked; accrual rate increases based on tenure

  • May need to travel to healthcare practices
  • Noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate
  • Employees are required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including face masks, gloves, gowns, and more as needed and in accordance with CDC standards
