About the role
Dental Hygienist responsible for delivering quality dental care, patient education, and supporting office operations under a dentist's supervision.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, comprehensive dental services including scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealants, and fluoride applications.
- Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and treatment options.
- Assess dental conditions, review medical histories, and assist with charting and documentation.
- Take and manage x-rays, ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Deliver excellent customer service and promote same-day care opportunities.
- Support the overall patient experience with empathy and professionalism.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current, active licensure as a Dental Hygienist.
- CPR (BLS) certification from ARC or AHA, including hands-on skills assessment.
- Ability to work well in a team, demonstrate mutual respect, and provide compassionate patient care.
