About the role

Kintegra Health is hiring Registered Dental Hygienists (RDHs) to provide preventive dental services, educate patients on oral health, and support overall wellness in a collaborative, mission‑driven environment. Both part‑time and full‑time positions are available in Hickory, NC.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform dental cleanings, oral screenings, fluoride applications, and sealants
• Take dental X‑rays and maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR)
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and overall health
• Collaborate with dentists and dental assistants to ensure high‑quality care
• Participate in community outreach and patient education efforts

Requirements

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in North Carolina (required)
• CPR certification (required)
• Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality care
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
