About the role

Dr. Matt Bulik is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Dental Hygienist to join his team at Concept Dentistry's Wahpeton location. The practice provides comprehensive general and family dental care to patients of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and provide prophylaxis, periodontal therapy, and radiographs.
• Provide patient education on oral health and preventive care.
• Use dental instruments and follow infection control and patient care protocols.
• Show strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills with a gentle and reassuring demeanor.
• Anticipate the needs of the dentist and patients to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
• Be comfortable with dental software and digital imaging.

Requirements

• Licensed: Must be a licensed Dental Hygienist in the state of North Dakota, in good standing.
• Clinically Skilled: Proficient in patient assessment, prophylaxis, periodontal therapy, radiographs, and patient education.
• Knowledgeable: Familiar with dental instruments, procedures, infection control, and patient care protocols.
• Detail-Oriented: Possesses strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Compassionate: Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills with a gentle and reassuring demeanor toward patients of all ages.
• Proactive: A self-starter who can anticipate the needs of the dentist and patients.
