About the role
Incline Dental Care is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join their team. This is a part-time position, open to new graduates.
Responsibilities
- Deliver top-tier preventive scaling, advanced periodontal care (SRP), digital radiography, charting, and meticulous oral cancer screenings.
- Guide patients on personalized oral health habits, home-care regimens, and preventive education, easing dental anxieties through a calm approach.
- Work directly with Dr. Matthew Milligan to review digital records, evaluate tissue changes, and construct conservative, highly tailored treatment designs.
- Maintain a pristine clinical workspace, adhering to strict room sterilization protocols and supporting the hygiene assistant pipeline to keep the daily schedule flowing cleanly.
Requirements
- Licensure: Active Nevada Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license (or currently pending graduation/state board licensure).
- Certifications: Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Technical Software Skills: Experience with modern dental practice management software and digital charting platforms (experience with Open Dental, Dentrix, or Eaglesoft alongside digital radiography is a major plus).
- Clinical Excellence: Mastery of contemporary standard-of-care periodontal therapy, scaling and root planing (SRP), digital diagnostics, and comprehensive patient health tracking.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional presentation and communication skills, a gentle bedside manner, and a proactive, team-first mentality.
