Responsibilities
- Deliver expert preventive cleanings, diagnostic charting, periodontal tracking, soft-tissue management, and root planning (SRP).
- Educate patients of all ages on oral hygiene, disease prevention, and customized diet/nutrition routines.
- Collaborate with general dentists, pediatric specialists, oral surgeons, and orthodontists to coordinate long-term treatment plans.
- Maintain pristine clinical standards, including sterilization, infection control, and efficient room turnover.
Requirements
- Active Nevada Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license (or in the process of transferring credentials).
- Current BLS/CPR certification (recertification fees covered by the practice).
- Laser Certification highly preferred (fully funded and coordinated upon hire if not already held).
- Familiarity with modern practice management software, digital charting, and radiography systems (experience with Open Dental is a plus).
- Deep understanding of periodontal therapy, root planning (SRP), dental sealant application, and preventive treatment mapping.
- Exceptionally collaborative, detail-oriented, and passionate about patient education.

Pay
$50.00 per hour (base pay) plus a performance-based bonus structure.
$5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time hires (30+ hours/week), paid as 50% on Day 1 and 50% upon completion of the 6th month.
Schedule
No weekends required. Flexible schedule with Saturdays and Sundays guaranteed off.
