Registered Dental Hygienist

About the role

Provide compassionate dental care including scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealants, and fluoride treatments under dentist supervision. Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene, assess dental and medical history, assist with charting and documentation, and guide patients through treatment plans. Ensure compliance with regulations and company standards, deliver excellent customer service, and create positive patient experiences.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing
• CPR (BLS) certification, including hands-on skill assessment
• Ability to work with children (70%+ of patients)
• Strong teamwork, mutual respect, compassion, and communication skills
• Ability to educate, assess, and support patients effectively
